We all know that a master suite generally consists of the bedroom area and an adjoining bathroom. So, if you have the master suite in your home, it should be comforting and inviting, right? And if it isn't, then something should definitely be done about it, as an uncomfortable bedroom can cause sleep problems. You surely understand that a nicely decorated master suite can lead to more refreshing sleep. Check some decorating master bedroom suite ideas down below.

First is the Homey Suite. You can use this idea to create a homey bedroom by draping the bed in luxurious linens of a muted color like cream, pale blue or off white. You can also add a few touches of soft color with light brown, golden yellows or rustic reds. Don’t forget to position your bed in front of a closed-off fireplace. This way will make an excellent headboard for the bed. Or you can pull the same shades of color into the master bathroom by placing a straight-backed chair in the corner next to the claw foot bathtub to hold towels. You can incorporate a small basket underneath the chair can corral washcloths and soaps too.

Second is using Mirrored Suite. You can always mirror your master suite with the judicious use of framed mirrors. You should position the bed directly across from the double doors leading into the master bath. Then you can also place a series of three mirrors on the wall above the bed. This way will double as a unique headboard and increase the appearance of light and space in the room. And right when the double doors leading into the bathroom are opened, you will see another set of mirrors hanging over the double vanity. But you should keep the colors muted, using white, natural wood and cream trims. You can also add a few small punches of color in the form of throw pillows on the bed or with a set of yellow or pale blue curtains.
